Burlington County Health Department now requires a review for all applicaitons for additions to properties (sheds, decks, pools, detached garages, additions, etc.) prior to permits being issued to ensure that there is no encroachment on the septic system.  The Health Deparment can be contacted at 609-265-5519 and the Health Department's approval must be submitted with all building applications as indicated above.

The Construction Office is responsible for the following :

• Construction permitting
• Certificate of continued occupancy
• Property maintance and code violations
