All dogs seven months or older are required to be licensed by January 31st of each year. Dog License renewal notices will be mailed out on the last day of December each year and the Township will not be able to issue any renewal licenses until January 1st of the licensing year. Proof of a current rabies vaccination good through November of the licensing year is required in order to license any dog. A spaying/neutering certificate should also be provided if applicable.
The Township offers a free rabies clinic each January.
Failure to renew a dog license by January 31st will result in a late fee of $5.00 per month per dog.
